I’ve just been very lazy with my fitness regime. Or should I say, lack of fitness regime. No working out, no healthy eating. Or rather, plenty of healthy eating — avocado and kale salads with a side of salmon and an apple with water aplenty –, but all washed down with several KitKats and multiple coffees and crisps.
Just haven’t been bothered, to be honest with you. But it’s getting serious again. Forget playing football; walking is enough of a work-out!
My current weight is 16st 12lb / 236lb, the fattest I have ever been in my life. Though weirdly not the most misshapen I have ever been. In any case, that’s a BMI of 30.3 which qualifies as “obese”!
I need to get down to my ideal healthy weight of 13st / 182lb. A healthy weight loss is one to two pounds a week. So that is 27 weeks to lose 54 pounds. Target date for completion of Adonis Parry: 8th December.
